Choosing your wedding photographer/cinematographer is one of the key items on any couples’ wedding planning list. I have tried to include the answers for the most asked questions. Weddings need careful planning in advance so when it comes to the day you can enjoy it fully. It can all be a little bit overwhelming, so I hope this will help you to make the right decision.
I am, and very proud to be a fellow of the British Institute of Professional Photography. I was awarded the Fellowship in 2006 and was the youngest photographer to achieve this standard in their 100+ year history.
I generally work alone. This way, I can work faster and am able to focus on capturing the continuous roll of magical moments. However, should circumstances require the need of an assistant to benefit my work and your photographs, then I would not rule it out (additional charge would apply).
It hasn’t happened yet and hopefully never will. Your wedding is my wedding and should this circumstance occur, i would find someone of equal standards to step into my shoes.
Of course! Although there is a time at every wedding where I will work with the Bride and Groom away from the guests to create more intimate images.
Yes, I have Professional Indemnity Insurance and also Public Liability Insurance.
Your wedding will be my only one and I will give you my full attention.
The photographer/cinematographer will always retain the copyright. This means you cannot sell photographs/film to third parties. You will of course have full rights to copy a movie, and your photographs (if you purchased them as digital files). I love it when you share my work as this is what brings me more happy customers. You have the freedom to reproduce my work as long as it not re-edited or cropped by you in any way.
Be rest assured, I always carry backup cameras with me to weddings.
I always have a few weddings each year that are booked a couple of years in advance. If you really like my work, please secure me for your day with the deposit, do not leave it to the last minute and be disappointed should I not be available.
Mostly everywhere and specially abroad to warm countries 😉 There will be extra cost to cover travel expences and extra time if I need to spend 24 hours on the plane just one way. Believe me I love traveling
At each wedding I am creatively capturing beautiful memories, it is a similar process to crafting in marble. You pay me to create the art not the rubble. On the other hand, I have never had a client complaining about not having recorded something important. I work very hard with the biggest block of marble to create the biggest piece of art for you. On average I show approximately 400 of the nicest images and have a few hours of film footage to cut the movie for you.
